Terms of Service
Welcome to Prime Care Health Care Services. By engaging our services, including visiting this website, filling out our contact forms, or hiring our nurses, attendants, or renting our medical machinery, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Prime Care provides home-based clinical support, elderly care coordination, physiotherapy sessions, and medical equipment installation. Please note:
- Not a Hospital Substitute: Our services are designed for sub-acute support, rehabilitation, and long-term care management. We are not an emergency ambulance or acute-care hospital replacement.
- Physician Prescriptions: All nursing operations and clinical tasks (e.g. IV medication, ventilator parameter shifts) must be backed by a written prescription from a certified medical practitioner.
2. Patient & Attendant Coordination
To ensure a safe environment for our medical field teams, you agree to:
- Treat assigned nurses, physiotherapists, and attendants with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
- Provide clean workspace conditions and necessary support supplies (running water, proper lighting, medical disposables prescribed).
- Communicate changes in patient health statuses directly to our nurse superintendents.
3. Billing & Payments
Billing parameters vary by assignment category (12-hour shifts, 24-hour rotations, or monthly equipment leases):
- Services are invoiced based on agreed rates set by coordinators.
- Payments must be cleared directly to official corporate accounts. Staff members are not authorized to collect or negotiate cash payments.
4. Equipment Rental Conditions
For rented medical machinery (ventilators, oxygen concentrators, BIPAP/CPAP systems, patient monitors):
- All equipment remains the property of Prime Care.
- The user is responsible for ensuring stable electric backup systems to operate devices.
- Any damage or operational issues must be immediately reported to care coordinators. Do not attempt self-repairs.
5. Limitation of Liability
Prime Care makes every effort to match certified clinical teams to patient needs. However, Prime Care shall not be held liable for clinical complications, medication side-effects, or changes in patient conditions that occur during normal treatment regimens under physician notes.
